Welcome to Submitora! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Submitora website at https://submitora.com and the directory submission products and services provided. By using our website and services, you agree to these Terms in full.

1. Service Description

Submitora offers curated directory submission site packs and a done-for-you submission service. Depending on the plan you purchase, we either provide a downloadable markdown file or use the information you provide to prepare listing details and submit your website to third-party directories and discovery platforms.

2. Service Plans & Pricing

We offer four one-time purchase plans, all priced in USD:

  • 100-Site Pack — a markdown download with 100 directory submission sites for $9.90
  • 500-Site Pack — a markdown download with 500 directory submission sites for $29.90
  • Lifetime Directory Database — a markdown download with the full 2700+ directory database for $199.90
  • Growth — 105 done-for-you submissions for $299

All prices are in US Dollars (USD). Each purchase is a one-time payment. Your order will be processed immediately upon successful payment.

Eligible new users may see a special $159.90 introductory price for the Lifetime Directory Database if they register and complete payment within 7 days of signup. This introductory offer is shown only to eligible logged-in users and is validated again at checkout.

3. Delivery Timeline

For list products, access is provided after successful payment. The 100-Site Pack and 500-Site Pack preserve the same assigned markdown content on repeat downloads, while the Lifetime Directory Database allows repeat downloads of the latest full database as our pool grows. For the done-for-you service, preparation starts after successful payment. When a report link is available, it will appear in your dashboard. If no report link is available yet, the order will continue to display as processing.

4. Duplicate Domain Policy

The duplicate domain restriction applies to the done-for-you service only. Each domain can only be submitted once per account for the 105-submission service while that order is paid, processing, or completed. Download packs can be purchased more than once.

5. No Refund Policy

All payments are final. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

Once a payment is processed, it is non-refundable. We guarantee that all purchased product or service will be delivered according to the selected plan. However, the effectiveness of listings and directory placements (including but not limited to search engine rankings, organic traffic, and conversion rates) depends on multiple factors outside our control.

6. Important Disclaimer — Results Not Guaranteed

  • We do not guarantee traffic, rankings, or conversions. The effectiveness of directory submissions depends on your website's content quality, domain history, keyword competitiveness, and many other SEO factors.
  • We are not responsible for your website's traffic or conversion rates. Our service is limited to submitting your website information to third-party platforms. We do not control how these platforms index or rank your content.
  • SEO results take time. Directory and listing effects on search engine rankings typically take 2-12 weeks to become visible. This timeline varies significantly based on your website's authority and the competitiveness of your keywords.
  • Quality of your website matters. Websites with high-quality, original content, good user experience, and proper technical SEO setup are more likely to benefit from directory submissions.

7. What We Guarantee

  • We will process the submission volume included in the purchased plan.
  • Done-for-you submissions will be prepared and handled manually.
  • We will show order status in your dashboard and provide a report link when available.
  • Final approval is determined by each third-party directory, not by Submitora.

8. User Data & Privacy

We collect user data including name, email, and payment information as necessary to provide our services. Website information you submit (domain, keywords, logos, screenshots) will be used solely for the purpose of creating directory submissions. 9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to submit websites that contain illegal content, malware, phishing, adult content, or any content that violates applicable laws. We reserve the right to refuse service without refund for submissions that violate this policy.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
