1.1 Personal Data

We collect the following personal information:

  • Name & Email: Collected during account registration (via email/password, Google OAuth, or Magic Link) to identify your account and communicate with you.
  • Payment Information: Processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your full card or bank-account details on our servers. We retain limited payment records needed to reconcile an order, such as Checkout, PaymentIntent and Charge references, amount, currency, payment status, refunds and disputes.

1.2 Website Information You Submit

When you place an order, we collect:

  • Your website URL (domain)
  • Your chosen project contact email for service communication
  • Product name, category, and target audience
  • Target keywords
  • Website description
  • Logo and homepage screenshot (if uploaded)

This information is used solely for the purpose of preparing and submitting your listings across third-party directories and related discovery platforms.

1.3 Non-Personal Data

We may use cookies and similar technologies to collect non-personal information such as your IP address, browser type, device information, and browsing patterns. This helps us improve our services and user experience.

2. How We Use Your Data

  • Processing your orders and delivering the manual directory submission service
  • Preparing listing information based on your website details and keywords
  • Sending order confirmations and submission-status updates
  • Preventing duplicate charges, reconciling delayed payments, refunds and disputes
  • Providing customer support
  • Improving our services and user experience

3. Data Storage

Your account data is stored securely on Supabase (database and authentication). Uploaded files (logos, screenshots) are stored on Cloudflare R2. Payment processing is handled by Stripe. All services use industry-standard encryption and security practices.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We only share your data with:

  • Stripe: For payment processing, receipts, fraud prevention, refunds and dispute handling. Stripe receipts use the email associated with your authenticated account; the project contact email is used by Submitora for service delivery.
  • Third-party platforms: Your website information (domain, keywords, description, logo) may be submitted to third-party directories and listing platforms as part of our promotion service — this is the core service you are purchasing

5. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access your personal data stored in your account
  • Update or correct your account information
  • Request deletion of your account and associated data
  • Opt out of marketing communications

6. Children's Privacy
